Was? Wen?

In Fahrt: mit der Elizabeth-Line durch London. An den verschiedenen Haltestellen der neuen Bahn sammelten wir vor Ort viele verschiedene Eindrücke. Wir schrieben, zeichneten und fotografierten. Unter anderem stellten wir uns sechs Fragen: Was fühlst du? Was sollst du sehen? Was siehst du nicht? Was siehst du? Wen sieht du? Was sollst du kaufen? Die Antworten dazu formulierten wir als Texte. Diese Texte setzte ich in meinem Buch in den Fokus. Dadurch hat der Leser die Möglichkeit einzutauchen und dank der abstrakten Skizzen seine Vorstellung zu erweitern. Das Buch habe ich als mehrlagige Broschüre selbst gebunden.

What? Who?

On the move: with the Elizabeth Line through London. As a class we collected a lot of material on site, which I edited into a book when I got back to Switzerland. In this book, I mainly focused on the texts. This gives the reader the opportunity to immerse themselves and incorporate the abstract sketches into their own world while reading. The texts, were created by asking ourselves six different questions. What do you feel? What should you see? What do you not see? What do you see? Who do you see? What should you buy? For each journey from east to west or back, I highlight one question so the content is organized geographically. While creating this book, I was able to learn from past mistakes by doing it again and thus develop my macro- and microtypography. I bound the book myself as a multi-layer brochure.
